Had a bunch of frozen 2010/2011 hops that needed a home. I'm looking for advice on a specific dry-hopping schedule for this beer. 6.5 gallons

15 lbs 2-row
2 lbs wheat
1.5 lbs sugar
1.0 lbs honey malt

2 oz columbus (60)
4 oz mixture (30)
6 oz mixture (15)
6 oz mixture (2)
8 oz mixture (Hop stand+flame out)

The mixture included ~4 oz each of Nugget, Amarillo, Simcoe, Centennial and 10 ounces of Falconer's Flight

I have plenty of every hop for an American IIPA. Looking for amounts and combos.

I'm thinking maybe Chinook, Columbus + Simcoe for a super dank aroma, but didn't know if it would work with the above boil schedule.

I'd seriously consider cutting back to about 14 oz. total hops at least, including dryhops. You could even get away with 10-12 oz. but you can get away with a tad bit more without making this taste like bitter vegetable hop liquid.

Do a 90 minute boil.

30-40 IBUs @ 90 with Columbus
20-25 IBUs @ 45 with Columbus
20-25 IBUs @ 30 with the blend
3.0 oz. @ 10 with the blend
3.0 oz. @ 0 (hopstand) with the blend
5.5 oz. @ dryhop with the blend and a mix of Chinook + Simcoe.
