solder smell?

I just built a jamil/wortomatic 50ft 5/8 OF immersion chiller. After soldering the fittings if you put you nose up to the inlet and outlet. The thing smells nasty. I realize that only the outside will be in wort but I made a return so I can whirlpool ( see website) and I am afraid this nasty smell will become a taste later. Any sugestions

Run a bunch of water through it to rinse it out?

Boil it in vinegar and salt, or run hot vinegar/salt through it.

Soak in Vinegar/water or StarSan. Boil it as well.

I was thinking about soaking the whole thing in oxy clean. inside and out

I vote for Star San / Vinegar... The acid will also shine it up good...

I soaked the whole thing inside and out in 6 gallons of vinegar. It shines like a new penny.
