Sitting here sipping on my dubbel, I caught a whiff of citrus from the kids' vitamins or something. But it smelled pretty good along with the dubbel. So it got me thinking... a Dubbel dry hopped with Centennial? Just wondering if anyone's ever tried this. It will probably be summer before I brew another Dubbel, but I might just have to try this. I guess I could throw an ounce or two into the keg right now.
