I just cut my hole for my plug in my fermenting bucket, will it be an issue if it is gouged from the hand saw I used to cut it on the inside of the lid. But I did sanitize it after I made the cut, however there is little pieces if plastic like hanging inside.

I want to tread lightly here, because I do not want to make you think that there is an infection hiding around every corner. There isn't. But I suspect that, just as things will try to hide in scratches in plastic, things might try to hide in the threads. Do your best to smooth that out, and be careful to clean and sanitize the hole carefully.

Ya I did sanitize carefully, most little pieces are gone, still some there, but I cleaned it like 4 times, I think and hope its ok, its my first batch.
