I am having a foam problem. Below are some specifics.
* I have 5 beers on tap (Pils, Nut Brown, Blonde Ale, IPA, Hefe)
* I have 2 air cooled 3 tap towers
* Each tap has it's own secondary regulator
* Kegerator set at 37 degrees
* All but the Blonde Ale are in 5 gallon Cornies
* Blonde Ale is out of standard Sanke (14.75 gallon)--dispensed at 9-10 psi
* 10 feet of 3/16 id line on each tap
All beers are perfect except for the Blonde Ale. It is way foamy. I am thinking it has to do with the Sanke but I don't know what. The only other thing different about this beer is I put gelatin finings in it. That was three weeks ago.
I've been doing this for 15+ years and am stumped.
Any ideas?
