So attempting to make some pumpkin spice wine, recipe from my in laws.

Night before last mixed 5 30oz cans of pure pumpkin with about 5 pounds of "invert" sugar, added water up to 5 gallons and campden tablets. The following morning added my pectic enzyme before I went to work. Then that night added yeast nutrient and pitched my yeast (24 hours later after campden tablets)

As of this morning, don't see any activity :-/

I didn't check that... With all the pumpkin stuff stirred up in there I don't imagine I would have gotten a good reading :-/

However, ironically my wife just text me and it's working away... Who knows ugh

Bubbling != fermentation. The only way to check is by seeing if your SG has dropped. It is possible that CO2 is escaping your fermentation vessel somewhere other than through your airlock, hence no bubbling.
