Keg Dip Tube Inserts

I can't remember where I saw it but I am looking for the spiral inserts you can put into a soda keg dip tube to reduce the pressure and the need for long serving lines. I found the epoxy tips you can use, found here. But I thought there was a nice solution with a stainless steel spiral that slowed the flow very nicely. Anyone familiar with what I am talking about?

You may be referring to this: https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f35/cure-your-short-hose-troubles-100151/ it's not stainless steel though. Your link came up with just the adhesives, unless that link was supposed to be pointing to the same item.
