So, I just finished brewing a batch a couple of hours ago. Only one problem. I forgot to add the knockout hop addition. Now the wort has been in the fermenter with the yeast for about two hours. Should I add the hops now striaght, make a hop tea, or just use them for dry hopping which the recipe did not call for?

It's a pretty standard American Pale Ale recipe, and the hops that I forgot to add were 1/4 oz of columbus and 1/4 oz of centennial.

Thanks.

Save 'em and dry hop. You'll lose most of the aroma if you add them now.
