I'm going to be brewing up the Austin Homebrew Double chocolate stout soon, and giving it away at Christmas time (not all of it!).
prior to finding the kit, i was going to make the recipe from BYO i think. the yeast they recommend is different than the ones offered with the kit. which yeast do i use? which would be best. BYO has Wyeast 1318 (London Ale III) yeast.
also, i'm going to do the mini-mash, do i do LME, or DME?
