5 lbs wheat
2 1/2 lb Ger. Pilsner
1 lb Amer. 2 row
1/4 lb Carpilis
1/4 lb Honey malt

.5 oz Liberty 60 min
.25 US Fuggle 15 min
Irish moss 15 min
K-97 yeast

78% effiency step mash
122deg for 30 min, 153 for 45 min
Boil 60 min SG 1.038 6.5 gal
OG 1.045...FG 1.012 5.5 gal

I would drop out the Irish Moss unless you are intentionally trying to make a clear wheat beer. Wheat beers are generally supposed to be cloudy. Not necessary by any means, but that's the usual practice for German wheat beers (My "German" assumption comes from the K-97 yeast selection).
