is maltodextrine a malted version of dextrine grains? i think this could be really obvious. but i'm not sure. if this is so, how much can i substitute for hte other. i have a brown ale recepie that has 8 oz malto dextrine in it. can i sub 8 oz dextrine grains? will the flavor increase because i'm using a grain instead of a powder?
