Hello from Brooklyn

I am pretty much new to the game in regards to brewing beer, although certainly not to drinking it. I did make a few batches using the Mr. Beer system, which turned out ok, but I didn't really consider that home brewing, because everything was pre-packaged and all you really did was heat the water up. Anyhow, my taste in beers generally is very neutral, Miller style beer, although I also like JW Dundee's Honey Brown, and Sapporo. I just put in an order for a starter set up from morebeer.com, and a few ingredients that I hope will eventually become a nice dry, crisp beer. We'll see.

You'll find that after a few batches of your own brew you will no longer have a taste for Miller Lite.
