I just got two kegs from them. I received them 3 days after ordering. Big thumbs up for that. Their website claims that the kegs are clean. They were both dirty on the exterior. The dirtiest one also had all sorts of gross black gunk on the inside, including insect body parts. I can't reach inside to clean it; am hoping that PBW will get rid of gunk--hosing it did not. Big thumbs down on that one. Still waiting to hear back from them.

Bill, from Cornykegs.com has contacted me and was very sincere about wanting to make things right. Frankly, with a used item like this, I think follow up customer service is a lot more important than what was probably an honest mistake; and at this point I am inclined to recommend them.
