I'm looking to brew some good summer beer flavors for the upcoming season. I have a few recipes in a book, but I'd like to hear what are some of your favorites, or your own recipes.
I like full flavored beers, nothing really fruity or overpowering sweet flavors. For example I don't really like Sam Adams Summer Ale, and I don't really like Newcastle Brown Ale. I would prefer they be at least 5%+ ABV, but homebrewed beers that seems to be easy to come by :cross:
I have a 6 gallon class carboy, as well as a 5 gallon plastic bucket with a spigot. I've never done all grain or all malt, I've used hops, DME and LME, and some malted barley grains.
