G'day
I wanted to ask a few questions to the veterans. I have started 2 batches of cider which are coming along nicely (Apfelwein/Apple bee cider). I want to start my first IPA but am having trouble choosing a "simple" yet near error proof first batch of ale. I have all the necessary equipment and been reading books like I have been back in school but still have yet to find a recipe that I can commit my last carboy to.. Any suggestions? Bueler..... bueler.... bueler...
Guidlines-
Prefer extract
Willing to dry hop if really does help flavor
Time line is 7/8weeks?
Not fruity enough cider going :)

I did this recipe as my second brew

I am really enjoying it and it has received a great response from friends and family. So much so that I just ordered the ingredients to brew this again. In a response to the thread I said that I would add another ounce of hops, but I am retracting that. Mine was very good in six weeks (3 primary, 3 bottle), but has only gotten better.
