help off flavor in beer

Several weeks ago I brewed a citra pale ale, it was great, lots of tropical fruit flavors and great balance!!!! I tried a bottle today after about 8 weeks if bottling and it really changed. I noticed a really funky smell right away, my wife says it smelled like piss. im having trouble trying to describe the smell. Can some one help

Some piss smells are good in IPAs (I'm not a wierdo, I promise). But it sounds like your's is bad.
