A few months ago when i was done transfering my carboy into my bottling bucket i filled it with water and oxyclean and went back to bottling. I had the carboy in my spareroom and forgot about it til about a week later and when i emptied it the oxyclean left white streaks all down the sides and I can't get it off! What can I do/use to get this off so I can use it? or am I just SOL?
Thanks,
Josh

Acid soak and rinse. Star San/water, or even vinegar/water if that's all you have to work with...

Yep, this. ^^^

You must have hard water? It is a reaction between the oxyclean and the hard water. Can't remember the specifics, but I have had the same thing happen to me before I installed my water softener. Acid will remove it. Make a nice strong solution of star san and it will come right off.
