Does anyone have any recipes or suggestions for the Sierra Nevada Porter? I'm open to extract recipes too because I'm still relatively new to brewing but I would prefer partial mash.

Thanks!

Here's my attempt at hitting the numbers and using the ingredients given by Sierra Nevada. Honestly, I don't see the point of partial mash. If you are going to go through the time and effort to mash, why not mash it all. With BIAB, all you need a full boil pot. I'd rather do half batches than partial mash. But enough of that and on to the numbers...

Sorry I didn't post the full details. I played around with it in BeerSmith and came up with mash at 153 to hit the numbers. But it seem like a bit higher would work well for a porter. For the pumpkin porter I just brewed, I targeted 158 looking for fuller body but ended up a bit lower. It's still in primary so we'll have to see if that works out. I'm sure any Munich would work out fine. I just picked the darkest one but the color will be just fine without the 20L.
