I am about to move my second IPA to my secondary fomenter and would like you to look over my recipee and see what you think..

7lb light liquid malt extract
1ld dry malt extract
.50lb cara-pils
.50lb Crystal 20L
.50lb rye
12oz golden Syrup

i put in one oz of summit(17.8 alpha) at 150 degrees with steeping grains at 90 mins
1oz Columbus (18.3) at 60 mins
1 oz of chinook (12.1) at 15 mins

Welcome! Your recipe looks good. I usually keep things to two or three varieties of hops in a single batch, but that's just a preference.

If you browse through the beginners forum or the recipes and ingredients forum, you'll find more threads about IPAs, hops and recipes.

This really didn't turn out as bitter or as hoppy as i thought it would.
Its really good but i will have to go more bitter next time.
