I have only done one brew but I have a question... probably a stupid question... but do you have to let your equipment completely dry after using no rinse sanitizer...??? do the carboy's and kegs and things need to be completely dry..?? or will it contaminate the brew if its still wet..?? THanks in advance.

Nah, it's fine. Just use the sanitizer drain it. Should be fine after that.

FWIW, I usually rinse no rise sanitizer anyway and I have never had a problem with infections *knocks on wood*

I never let my stuff completely dry and I've never had off flavors from it. I've had 2 infected beers and both wer emy own stupidity. Not from sanitizer not drying completely.

:rockin:

I always let my stuff drip dry for about ten minutes after removing the sanitizer. Most of the equipment is still wet at this point, but it has never put any weird flavors into my beer.
