Brewed a Hanks Hefewiezen from Midwest...Hit all my numbers on this one perfectly, conditioned 3 weeks in primary, bottled using priming suger....Have bottled conditioned for 9 days. All i can say is WOW!!! i actually made a GOOD beer. My Irish red is still not carbonating and has a little off taste, so to create a "holy crap this is good" beer all by my self....well I'm pretty proud of my self. Cant wait to do the next one....Nor to get a sample from my Copper Ale thats Got at least one more week in the primary (two weeks tomorrow)

Thanks to all that halped from here to get me going, especially Yooperbrew!:mug:

Hanks Hefe is a great one, with a really nice fast turn around. I will be making it again.
Im also thinking about doing that Red also.

I believe I've yet to hear of someone who was not favorably impressed by Hank's Hefe. It is on my "to do" list. Congrats!
Pez.

I believe i'm gonna put Hanks on my On Deck line up again, that would be a great beer to keep as my home stash!!!!!
