I'm new to making cider or fermenting any juice(so far have done 1 cider and a lemonade). While looking at the different juices at the store I noticed that some juices had both asorbic acid and citric acid. Does the citric acid have any effect on being able to ferment the juice?

No, not at all. Citric acid is just for flavor.
