Greetings from the Pacific Northwest

I am new to home brewing. I got one of them Walmart kits for X-mas one year (from SWMBO, bless her heart, she tries), and it was a disaster. Found a local beer and wine making store locally and have purchased the necessary equipment to begin brewing some (hopefully) quality beers.

Just want to say that the Home Brew Forums is awesome. I have spent significant time looking around and learning from others. Just a great site. I look forward to sharing my experiences (good or bad) with all.

Seattle/Tacoma is a favorite place of mine to visit. Good microbrews and coffee. What more could one want?
