I am brewing a chocolate stout. I pitched the yeast (yeast 1098) and started getting bubbles in the airlock about 12 hours later. It was going well for 36 hours, then the power went out and had no heat for about 2 days. Temps in the house dropped to 55-60 deg. Moved the fermenter near the fireplace to try to keep it warm. The bucket did not get hot from being to close. The fermentation stopped, no more bubbles in the airlock. Temps in the house back to normal for the past day (65-70 deg.) Will wait it out a day or 2 to see if it picks up again. If not thinking of taking gravity reading, but can't imagine it is close to being finished. Thinking of repitching. Any other thoughts on how to save the batch?

Thanks in advance

Honestly after 36 hours the majority of fermentation was probably done. Take a gravity reading.
