I'm not going to give up the 15 gallon three vessel rig, but I'm thinking of having something available for smaller batch indoor brewing once the weather gets serious this Winter (I'm in NE Ohio). I could do three gallon BIAB on the kitchen stove, but an electric rig would be more convenient for me. Anyone have a suitable electric kettle (with or without controller)? Recirculation would be a plus (I use HERMS on my "normal" setup). I might even grab a Grainfather or High Gravity rig if one turns up.
