hello all,
my name is jesse. i use this forum quite often although ive only made 1 batch of beer so far(brewers best english brown kit---tasted like english brown but...swing tops carb well, capped not so well[topic for another day]). research will always come first. as far as myself...beer is delicious(i collect beer bottles...almost 500 now all different and i have them logged), i have an aquarium habit(125g 115g and 35g), 1 dog 1 cat. fav liq is a good whiskey. as far as beer goes i can drink a smooth winter warmer all year long, marzen/oktobers, and of course any strong ale is just sooo relaxing. brand, id have to say... thomas hardy ale. thanks everyone for advice already given and yet to come. and one day i'll brew enough to thow in my $.02.
