I've got a CO2 leak in my new keezer. Couple questions for you guys.
What is the best liquid solution to find the leak.
I'm hoping that when I'm done everything won't be covered in a soapy residue.
What do you guys use?

This product will help you find the leak - any leak no matter how small.

You should be able to get it locally @ Lowe's, HD or Ace. If it appears to be a very slow leak it will be nearly impossible to find with soap solution or Star San. The leak detector will show it easily. It is a solution specifically formulated to detect very small gas leaks and is used in natural gas installations where leak detection is critical. Try it and you will see.

Do any of these dry to not leave a mess, or do they stay wet & sticky on the fittings?

Lay the gas line outside of the kegerator all set up and immerse the connections (except regulator) in water observe .

I had a leak with my ball locks and manifold I got from Harbor Freight. Just get a bucket of
water, turn the PSI up over 30 and immerse in a bucket of water. Mine did not leak much at 10 but bubbled a lot at 30 PSI.
