I was planing on doing a CDA (recipe below). Then my mom's cherry tree started to drop cherries. The problem that I have is I want to throw some in my CDA but I don't want the cherry favors to be overwhelming, but to be subtle. I was planing on putting the cherries purée in at high krausen. How many pounds should I put in?
