Hey everyone,
I saw on a site that someone put up a recipe for winter bourbon cask ale by michelob.the problem that I have is that it is mini mash and I am not at that stage yet.
The recipe calls for
2.5 lbs of pale malt
.5 lbs wheat malt
1lb crystal 90
4 lbs light malt extract
1.5 oz cascade for bittering and aroma
American ale yeast
In secondary oak cubes soaked in boubon and 2 vanilla beans.

The problem is there is no extract recipe and I was wondering if anyone had an extract or could convert it for me. they did not mention any numbers for OG and FG.

If anyone can help me or that would be amazing. I'll even send you a few bottles as a thank you!

OG for a 5 gallon batch will be right around 1.050.

I'd suggest dumping the pale malt and step up to 6 lbs extract. You'll get the same gravity. Steep the C90 and wheat malt as usual before the boil.
