Anyone know the maximum grain bill you can have in a 10 gallon Rubbermaid cooler? I've heard ~32lbs. Any truth in that statement?

I would say probably not 32lbs. If you did 1.5quarts / pound for mash water... that alone would be 12 gallons of water to mash in.
I'm new to AG brewing... but from my calculations I don't see that being possible to fit it into a 10g cooler

I've done 26 pounds and was pretty much at capacity at 1.25 qt/pound.
