Ok I've read about people using paintball tanks for pressuring their kegs, can someone tell me how? That do I need to get to drop the pressure and connect it to a keg, I'm sure someone can walk me threw this, thanks you guys.

If you have an On/Off valve on the paintball tank you should be set. If not, you'll need that or the adapter. I screwed an On/Off valve to my regulator and just screw the tank in. All the paintball regulator does is change the angle of the gauges.
