Any beersmith nerds out there know how to add cherry puree to beersmith?

I would imagine there are sugars in there that are going to effect the gravity. But I dont know how to calculate that nor can I see anywhere where I can create my own puree profile.

Have you tried the beersmith forums? That might be a better place to check out if nobody here knows.

Hope this helps, added Belgian Cocoa powder to mine yesterday.

Adding a New Miscellaneous Item

o Select the Miscellaneous view from the ingredient menu or ribbon
o Select the Add Misc button to add a new item
o You can add new grains, sugars, liquid extract or dry extract by adjusting the type
o The critical parameters for miscellaneous ingredients include the type, amount recommended per batch and use for the ingredient. The amount recommended is typically scaled by the batch size when adding this ingredient to a new recipe - so it is important to set a recommended amount here. The use determines where in the brewing process this ingredient will be added and how it will be displayed on the brew steps report.
