I have a batch of the caramel apple cider fermenting using Safale US-05. It started at 1.057 on 10/12 and for the first week seemed to be progressing normally. I took a reading on 10/24 and it was @ 1.032 and has seemed to slow down considerably since. I took a reading on Monday which was 1.024 and another today which is 1.023. It seems to have basically stopped. Does anyone have any advice? Should I pitch some more yeast?

check again in a few days, if it hasnt changed try pitching more. make a yeast starter. it can take over a month to ferment dry sometimes so it might just be moving slow
