I just started brewing a month ago. My first was a lager that came with my coopers brewing kit. It didn't turn out as well as i hoped
. I have a robust porter in the seconday and hope to bottle this weekend. I used a kit from my LHBS. So far it looks good.
Anyway, I love the site and look forward to learning a lot from brewers that have been doing this a while. I was addicted before i made my first brew. I'm going today to get stuff for a belgin white recipe that i got off this site.
I really need to stock up on beer...the winters are cold and long here in Buffalo.
