Back to brewing this weekend!

It's not my first time brewing. Me and a friend went in on a starter kit and three hoped extract kits many years ago (I didn't even boil them.) He got all the all equipment but I kept The New Joy of Home Brewing. This time I didn't buy a starter kit I just put together every thing piece by piece. Now I'm all set up for two extract kits from NB this weekend!

Welcome back to brewing, have fun this weekend. you should contact your friend to see if he is still brewing... if not maybe you can talk him out of some ods and ends

I'm sure he'd be glad to hear I brewing and maybe he would even stop by for a home brew. That would be nice. We aren't bachelors anymore and don't get much free time, and we live hundreds of miles away.

I have everything I need to just primary to batches and age in the bottle (I want them quicker until I can build up some stock anyway.) With the next batches I'll get a secondary or two and some more useful odds and ends.
