Anyone got a good 5 gallon Barleywine recipe?

100% Maris Otter. I don't know, 9kg maybe. You'd be surprised how much complexity base malt has.

Hop with American or English varieties as desired, BU:GU of 0.7-1.0, depending on your target FG.
 
Here is a prototype I've been workin on. Small batch size to compensate for mlt size and this is a no sparge recipe.

I made Midwest's Bigfoot Barleywine, which is mostly base malt. It's not completely conditioned yet, but the ABV should be about what you're after, and it tastes good even in this incomplete state (3 week primary, about 4 months secondary, 2 months in the bottle).
