I have a control panel that I have put together that is getting a bit tight on space. I would like to add a relay/contactor switch to control my 240v that goes to either HLT or kettle. The switch is in place but I don't have room for relay. Are there relays/contactors (DPDT 240v 25A) that I could mount on the outside of my box? It looks like some are designed to work that way but I wasn't sure if that's a good idea.
