I put the recipe below together - I do a mini-BIAB and 6 lbs of grain is my limit, so it's going to be partial mash. I've got 3 oz of citra so I was trying to spread it out, but I really want the citra flavor to shine - any suggestions from people who've used a lot of citra or done a lot of APAs? I could scale the batch down a bit.

Looks good, although that seems like a lot of caramel. Considering that the extract will have some already present, I'd suggest dropping a pound or so of the assorted caramels types.

There's just half a pound of each C20 and C60 - I'm not sure what's in the LME but it's pretty light stuff, so I assumed (maybe wrong?) that it was essentially base/pale malt.

Hmm... You're right, I misread it initially. I'd still drop one of the two, but it looks tasty either way.

Even pale extract will have some residual caramels, but with only 4lbs, you'll probably be fine.

You could try something more along the lines of this if you truly want the Citra to "shine."

52-56% Briess Golden Light LME
25-29% Briess 2 Row Pale Malt
5-9% Briess White Wheat Malt
3-7% Briess Caramel 20L

first wort 60+ mins 0.50 Citra pellet 13.4
boil 10 mins 1.00 Citra pellet 13.4
30-60 min hopstand at mid-flameout 1.00 Citra pellet 13.4
dry hop 10 days 1.50 Citra pellet 13.4
