Has anyone or does anyone use a Fermentap?

Basically you invert the glass carboy and install the Fermentap valve, the procedures of sampling, yeast harvesting and racking done in commercial breweries can be copied with the Fermentap. The neck of the carboy concentrates sediment at the lowest point , which facilitates separation and minimizes waste. Gravity is used to transfer to bottling bucket or keg.

It seems like you would be pulling a lot of trub over into the bottling bucket since you have that concentration of sediment at the lowest point in the carboy???

Confused on whether or not to purchase from Midwest Supplies?!?!?:mug:
