Alright, so I am making a hard cider for my SWMBO, and she wants to share it with her friend. Her friend has celiac disease so i was wondering if my cider is going to be gluten free, and if someone could explain to me what makes it have gluten and what doesn't (beer included) that would be awesome. Here is what i used for the cider:
Mott's apple juice, Langers pomegranate raspberry juice, and Red Star Montrachet yeast.
