I just started this one today!
4 gallons apple juice
24 oz (2 cups) honey
6 oz Grandmas molasses
1 packet of Danstar Munich yeast
3 cinnamon sticks (in secondary) (in 2 weeks)
prime with 4 oz of sugar (in 4 weeks)
I warmed about a half gallon of apple juice in a vision ware pot and added the honey and molasses at around 90 to 100 degrees stirred it and pored it into the carboy and topped it off with apple juice and pitched the yeast
About 20 hours in the primary
24 hours in the secondary I threw 1 large cinnamon stick in.Ill be priming and bottling in 2 weeks
