After last week's trip to my LHBS I forgot to put the Wyeast pack in the fridge. It's the 1084 Irish Ale. My workshop stays between 5 and 15 degrees C, is my yeast dead?
No the yeast is not dead. You'll want to make a starter though. Some good information can be found at howtobrew.com This is the page that has the instructions for starters.
