Any critiques for this recipe would be very much appreciated! Thanks!

6.00 lb Briess Pilsen DME
1.00 lb Caramel 10L
1.00 lb German Munich

1 oz Warrior (60 min)
1 oz Summit (20 min)
1 oz Summit (15 min)
1 oz Summit (10 min)
1 oz Zythos (5 min)
1 oz Zythos (0 min)

1 oz Summit + 1 oz Zythos (Dry hop 10 days)

Safale S-04

So what do you think? I'm shooting for something pretty damn citrusy and fruity but still balanced. Also, I want this beer to beer as golden colored as possible, will the Munich malt throw that off?

I'm also kind of worried about the Summits as flavor hops but I've been curious to use them. Am I going to get an onion bomb? haha
