Hello From E-Town

Hello everyone. Just got a Starter Kit for brewing Wine and Beer for X-mas. Can't wait to get it going. As i have never brewed anything before i thought i would sign up on these boards to get a little education before giving it a try. Looks like i got some reading to do.

welcome. Read the board but don't let yourself get overwhelmed. There is a wide range of knowledge on this site and you can turn yourself around worrying about all the things discussed here. Get yourself an ingredient kit, read some basic directions and brew. Having one brew under your belt will make things discussed here much easier to understand since it wont be as theoretical to you.

Beyond that, learn the phrase RDWHAHB!
