Hey guys, I made an APA and saved some wort for the next starter (canned it in the pressure canner). Now I want to try to bottle the last gal of beer and use my wart as priming sugar? Can I do this? And how much should I use to prime for one gal of beer? And the OG pre-canning was 1070
Thanks Mike

That process is called krausening and definitely works fine. A lot of commercial brewers actually do it because of convience. Search that on here and you find some quick guidelines.
