Hey what do you all think of my IPA recipe? I'll be brewing this tomorrow and would like some opinions.

11lb. 2-row
3lb. munich
1lb malted wheat
12oz. crystal 60l
Mash grains at 153F with 19 quarts for 60 minutes.
Double batch sparge to 6.5 gallons
1.5 oz. centennial leaf hops 60min.
1oz. cascade leaf hops 60min.
.5oz centennial leaf hops 30min.
.5oz. cascade leaf hops 30min.
1oz. cascade leaf hops 15min.
1oz. cascade leaf hops flameout
1.5oz. cascade leaf hops dry hop for 2weeks

Let me know what you think please

Looks good but I might choose something besides Centennial and Cascade together. Maybe Columbus and Centennial or Amarillo .

What do you think of replacing the centennial bittering hop addition with marynka? I've used it many times before and it does bittering really well.

This is what I have in hops right now. 2oz. centennial, 4 oz. cascade, 3 oz. marynka, 1 oz. goldings, 2 oz. willamette, 2 oz. fuggle. Which would be best for this?

Maybe try Freshops Zeus. I personally haven't tried them yet but they smell really nice.
