Bottle condition at around 72-74 F for one week. Took one out & opened it. It took off like a geyser. Is it not ready or is it & just needs refrigeration now?
Geysers can happen if the beer is not fully carbonated yet. The CO2 needs time to be absorbed into the beer. I wouldn't judge whether it's over carbonated yet for at least another two weeks or so.

great info on the video. i just opened some amber ale i bottled 7 days ago. thought I over carbed. but with the endless knowledge of HBT and it's loyal helpful brewers I have learned that I should just RDWHAHB. a home brew from a different bottle of course.
