My honey blonde was made with this stuff and so are my other all grain beers ... It's fairly straight forward. cereal mash your grains add rice hulls cool to 154 and hold for 90 mins for saccharification (unless your doing a decoction which works best imo) Works VERY VERY well for partial mashes too if you want to add character to your beer with out the hassle of an all grain brew day.
