Im sure someone has tried it!? Im curious. I cant c why it wouldnt work, but i wonder if using yeast ment for wine would work well? Would impart odd flavors to the beer? Most seem to ferment well at or around the same temps as ale yeasts, some even quite a bit higher. Who has tried it? With what kind of results? Was thinking bout making a small 1 gallon batch this afternoon just for fun to c what happens. Also, im not sure of the complxity of the sugars in the juice of a grape. Would there be a need to add some corn sugar? I would love to hear from anyone how has tried! Thanx
Zac
