When keg carbing your brew do you hook it up, add the amount or carbonation you want (force carbing..etc) and remove the gas line? Or do you have to leave it hooked up to maintain pressure?
I am trying to figure out how and where I would keep the kegs for aging, serving...etc.

there's a sticky in this subforum about the various methods of carbing with with CO2. It's a good read that I've found helpful.

or you can prime your keg and just use CO2 to push the beer.
